Metal Reclaim

MAT-VAC can reclaim precious and non-precious metals in the form of spent sputtering targets and/or evaporation slugs, coated crucible liners, chamber shielding, chamber scrapings or even dust.

We will typically recoup 95% of the precious metal final yield value based upon the precious metal value on the day of reclaim minus a $250.00 analytical charge.

Non-precious metal reclaim amounts will vary depending upon scrap metal market price fluctuations.

The final amount reclaimed will be returned to your company in the form of a check, EFT bank funds transfer or credit against future orders with MAT-VAC.

The precious metal reclaim process typically takes about 2 weeks from the time that the metal physically arrive at MAT-VAC. Non-precious metal reclaim can take up to 4-6 weeks.
